Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our on-line Shop, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Go to Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your requirements.

We accept payment by credit card - Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Solo, Visa Electron and Switch. If you are shopping from North America or elsewhere in the World, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

If you wish, you may place an order and pay by credit card via phone, fax or snail mail.

Shipping and Handling
We offer a UK and an international shipping service. Our charges are shown in the shopping basket Delivery in the UK is normally within 2 days of dispatch. International delivery is normally within 5 days of dispatch.

Delivery
All the items in the on-line shop are manufactured by us, in strict rotation as orders arrive; we do not hold stock. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 weeks but this depends on the number of orders we have at the time your order is received.
If you require urgent delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Multiple orders may be sent in more than one package.

Back Orders
Should an item be temporarily unavailable, you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security
All your credit card details are authenticated by Barclaycard Merchant Services on their own website. Your credit card details are not stored on our website.

Guarantee
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, or you are not satisfied with the product, your money will be refunded in full. Please return the item to us in the condition it arrived.

Custom Orders
Custom finishes are available on many of our products, although these will incur additional costs. Please email or telephone your requirements and we will be happy to give you a quotation. Please note that custom finished products are non-returnable unless faulty.
