Used in the 3rd and 4th century BC, the Boetian helmet was recommended by contemporary Xenophon for use by cavalrymen. With its all round vision it offers an advantage over the full face helmets. Copied from an original found in the Tigris, this type of helmet could have been worn by one of Alexander the Great's own troopers. Buy this helmet and continue their legend.
