Delivering Superior Standards in Polyurethane Armour Design and Manufacturing
Since 2000, we have set the industry standard in specialised fabrication for the world’s most iconic productions, including The Rings of Power, Dune, and The Witcher. From the sprawling battlefields of Game of Thrones to the refined detail of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, our work defines modern cinematic realism.
We bridge the gap between time-honoured artistry and modern innovation. Our design process is truly hybrid: we offer everything from traditional clay sculpting to 3D digital design and precision printing. This allows our close-knit team to originate bespoke armour and props with incredible detail, which we then bring to life through our professional polyurethane casting and finishing facilities.
Whether we are engineering a signature suit for a principal lead or outfitting an entire army, we deliver unrivalled quality through a seamless, start-to-finish production pipeline.

Manager
JARROD
Jarrod serves as the operational backbone of the company, seamlessly balancing business management with hands-on workshop leadership. As our primary Polyurethane Sprayer and a master of his craft, he has expertly cast tens of thousands of armor pieces throughout his tenure. Of the many high-profile productions he has brought to life, his favorite project to date remains HBO’s House of the Dragon.

Senior Armourer
LUKE
Luke is our resident armour historian and master fabricator. Blending traditional craftsmanship with modern design techniques, he creates bespoke pieces that span eras and genres—including his personal favorite project, Dune.

Hire/Office Manager
Hannah
Hannah keeps the business side of things moving, from looking after our hire inventory and managing client relations to running our social media and coordinating custom projects. She also gets stuck into the workshop, helping out with hand painting and patinating. Her main focus is bringing some organised structure to the creative chaos of the film industry, making sure our clients always get exactly what they need.

Workshop Assistant
SOL
Sol is a great all-rounder in our workshop, helping out with everything from linishing to final assembly. He really enjoyed making the shields for Vikings: Valhalla, and he’s a key part of our build team. Plus, his lunch boxes are always the envy of the rest of the staff!

Workshop Assistant
TOM
Tom is early bird here at Norton, working in all aspects of the workshop. He loves singing in the paint room when he's alone... although he thinks we don't hear him. He enjoyed working on the shields and horned helmets we recently produced for How to Train your Dragon.

Workshop Assistant
JED
Jed is a veteran of Norton having originally joining the team in 2012. He has a wealth of knowledge and eye for detail. He also assists with the hiring of armour ensuring we stock the pieces our clients will love.

Workshop Assistant
CURTIS
Curtis never fails to make the workplace fun with his infectious laugh! His main role is in our workshop but has been known to frequent our social media with his dressing up.
