Since our expertise in lightweight, high performance materials first met the demands of the genre, we have established ourselves as a premier choice for science fiction costume and hardware production.

Our workshop is renowned for its obsession with detail, specialising in the complex fabrication of space-ready helmets, tactical hardware, and intricate Sci-Fi suits. Some of our Sci-Fi credits include Dune (2021) and Andor.

PROPS

Our prop department specialises in high- performance fabrication, creating hero-grade items that bridge the gap between stunning visual detail and rugged durability. We are particularly renowned for our high-impact shields, engineered to endure the heavy demands of stunt choreography while maintaining perfect historical or stylistic accuracy.

Our involvement in the Vikings shield build was a notable milestone, seeing our specialist armoury reach a wide international audience. Our hire inventory includes anything from swords to spears to arrows but our close partnership with Woodsted Studios; specialists in high-end weaponry manufacturing, has seen us expand even futher.

From intricate hero-level swords to durable, stunt-safe axes, their expertise ensures every requirement is catered for.

DESIGN

From initial sculpt to final finish, we collaborate with your design team to build bespoke armour tailored to any brief. Our pieces are engineered to be ultra-lightweight and movement-friendly without compromising on the

authentic, high-end aesthetic your production demands.

CAST

With industry-leading expertise in polyurethane, we scale our casting processes to meet your needs—whether that’s a single, intricate hero sculpt or hundreds of props and suits for supporting cast.

We specialise in producing both actor and stunt-friendly pieces that remain
lightweight, flexible, and fully adjustable for the wearer.

CREATE

Our production methods are entirely adaptable to your vision; we offer everything from digital sculpting and
3D-printed mastering to traditional hand-carving and the modification of existing designs.

As well as this we also have an
extremely skilled leather worker to
create any masters that you would like
with that traditional leather look.

FINISH

We offer a complete finishing service including painting, ageing, and assembly. By combining industry
standards with our own proprietary techniques, we deliver the exact look and fit you require, ensuring every
piece is production-ready and aesthetically precise.

MOULD

Our team possesses extensive experience in technical mould-making, capable of
handling everything from complex, large-scale horse armour to intricate details like cloak pins.

In addition to bespoke commissions, we maintain a vast library of high-quality existing moulds, all maintained to the rigorous standards required for film and television.

HIRE

We also offer an extensive hire collection featuring hundreds of medieval, classical, and sci-fi components, providing a cost-effective and immediate solution for supplementing your crowd builds or outfitting supporting cast.
